About Me

The  theme for this website is encompassed in the website name. It is pretty much self explanatory. It's cradle to grave, and everything in between. My focus is on the in-between. 

 This website came out from my experiences and includes my thoughts, impressions, and yes you guessed it, occasionally my opinion! I am writing to reflect upon and  record the journey  of my life thus far. What I have learned along the way, I would like to share with you. This website is intended for the sharing of life experiences, good or bad. I have learned a bunch along the way and would like to share it with you, even if it's just your favorite recipes, or heartfelt experiences to just plain old having a bad day. I encourage you to be present in each and every precious moment of your life. Be mindful in everything that you do.
